Vacancy SENCO
Required for Easter 2026
Branston Community Academy is an 11-18 inclusive school of 1135 students (including 150 Sixth Form students) approximately 4 miles from the historic city of Lincoln and is at the heart of the community it serves.
We are looking for a child-centered, inspiring SENCO who champions inclusion, has the skill and passion to elevate teaching and learning for all, and can lead the strategic development of our SEN provision, while overseeing its daily operation to ensure every learner achieves their very best.
The successful candidate will have experience of working within a SEND environment and will ideally have a recognised SENCO qualification.
