LEARNING COACH

We are an 11-18 comprehensive on the outskirts of the Cathedral city of Lincoln.

We are looking to appoint a motivated, resilient and committed individual to join our friendly and supportive team within our warm and caring school. The main task is to proactively support the wider school in meeting the needs of students who demonstrate challenging behaviours and positively intervene where necessary. The role will also require you to manage and support individuals or small groups of students who need a temporary alternative curriculum experience.

The post is Full-Time Monday-Friday, Term Time only,

A full induction programme will be offered.

Experience of working with secondary students and supporting their academic studies is an advantage.

Cover Supervisor

COVER SUPERVISOR

For September 2025

We have a fantastic and rewarding opportunity for a cover supervisor to join our dedicated and supportive team. We are an 11-18 comprehensive school on the outskirts of Lincoln.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible individual with a calm manner, who has the ability to motivate our students to complete the work set in the absence of their teacher.

You will be required to facilitate learning and support students to complete work set by staff; at all times modelling our Academy values of kindness, respect, aspiration, resilience and community.

Experience of working with young people and supporting their academic studies is advantageous.

Excellent communication skills and a good standard of general education, including English, Maths and IT skills is essential.

A full induction programme will be offered.

Full and Part-Time positions available, Term Time only
