Our students have been getting into the Christmas spirit this week, with a variety of recipes.

Below are some examples of some Year 10 Yule logs and Christmas reindeer biscuits by Years 8 and 11.

Food Club – Pancakes

Food Club today made some amazing American pancakes today. The ingredients were provided by the canteen for students to use.

Food club runs on a Monday and is attended by students from year 7 to 10.

Food Technology – Y9 Cheesecakes

Mrs Bramley’s & Mrs Lawrence’s year 9 groups showed great skill and creativity in their final practical lesson of the year!

The three single photographs show the star baker nominations for the adapted cheesecakes; the rest of the Year 9 cheesecakes can be found below. They were all amazing; they really took to the challenge for their last food lesson, lots of creative and skillful adaptations!

Mrs Bramley & Mrs Lawrence are both very proud of all their efforts!
